Who we are
Constantia Valley Estates was founded by husband & wife team Marcel & Charmaine Baar in 1995. Prior to this, they worked for two large corporate property companies in the Constantia and surrounding areas. Their son, Jacques joined the business in January 2003 and has proved to be an extremely successful and popular agent. His enthusiastic & innovative approach has provided a fresh insight into the company. Together they have a combined property experience of over 70 years and a thorough knowledge of the Constantia Valley & surrounding areas.
Constantia Valley Estates is an independent family run business with emphasis on personal, friendly & caring service to clients. This covers all aspects of property transactions, from their first meeting with you until well after the sale or purchase. It is due to this approach that a great deal of their business is derived from referrals and repeat business from existing clients plus the many friendships made over the years. They also have a large rental portfolio mainly derived from referrals from satisfied clients.
